Nice job! The video and production quality is great. This will definitely help those who could not make it in person.

I really enjoyed Scott's presentation. His directness effectively makes people stop in their tracks and consider his perspective. Whether they agree or not is perhaps less important than opening their minds to the real problems we face and the opportunities that agile methods offer.

In this presentation Scott really hit home for me the need to augment agile practices a the front and back end of projects. XP and Scrum are great when you have project on the go but offer little guidance on how to steer projects for initial approval & kick-off or how to deploy and support.
